Villa. Late C18. formerly Little Loakes and probably the Dower House of the former
Loakes Manor House (now Wycombe Abbey). Two storeys, dormers and basement. Double
fronted with 3 windows and slightly recessed central window bay. Hipped tile roof
with brick stacks. Brick with dentil eaves course and plot band at 1st floor level.
Segmental-arched, recessed sash windows with glazing bars. Flat-headed dormers with
casements. Corinthian portico in antis. Doorway with semi-elliptical radial fanlight,
side lights and raised and fielded panel door. North east front with central splayed
bay window heightened late C20. Interior retains corbels, panelled doors, arched
openings and other features.
