1908-9 by Aston Webb and Ingress Bell. Brick with symmetrical facade in
Neo-Tudor style, two storeys with dormers and gables. A big gable faces
towards Magdalene Street with stone and brick chequer work in tympanum.
Above this are two monumental chimneys and coat of arms. Facing the river
two gables project either end with dormers in between. Tudor style windows.
