Row of 3 cottages. C17, altered C19, the third bay refurbished C20.
Two bays to left have timber frame with brick infill to front, and
flint and brick to rear. Front wall of right bays rebuilt in brick.
Old tile roof, external brick chimneys to gables, central chimney of
C17 narrow brick. One storey and attic, 4 bays. Irregular barred wooden
casements, those to second bay very small. Upper windows in gabled eaves-
line dormers. C20 door between left bays; another to right of third bay
with small gabled wooden hood; old board door with board hood to left of
right bay. Small C20 extension at left end, other extensions to rear.
Interior has timber framing in cross walls and part of original rear walls;
one bay has stop-chamfered spine beam. Left chimney formerly had oven for
drying chair-legs.
