House, C.1830. Local gault brick with hipped, slate roof of low pitch and end
stacks. Plan of main range with service wing at rear. Two storeys. Three bays
divided by pilaster strips with sunken panels. Stone sills to three original recessed
hung sashes of twelve panes each at first floor. Two similar but larger windows of
sixteen panes on either side of central doorway. Four-panelled door with rectangular
fanlight.
