Circa 1857. William Butterfield, architect. 2 storeys of grey brick with
yellow tiled roofs. L-shaped plan. To the roof a half-hipped gable and
a 2 storeyed timber-framed bay windows. To the right a gabled porch. Mullioned
windows with sashes and glazing bars. Cusped heads to upper windows of
the bay. Brick chimney stacks.
