GV II

House, formerly Jolly Gardeners Public House, dated 1781 on
sundial to gable end. Narrow gault brick painted to front, with
steeply pitched plain tiled roof with tumbled end parapets and
ridge and end stacks. Dentil eaves cornice and band between two
storeys. Plan of main range with lower service wing pantiled at
rear. Segmental arches to three flush frame hung sashes of
twelve panes each. One early C19 bow shop front in original
architrave. Two similar hung sashes and two doorways with early
C19 doorcases.
