Probably early C19. Small stone house with ashlar front. Thatched roof with coped gable ends. Two storeys. Two windows. Small C19 sashes without glazing bars. Plain central doorway with panelled door. Keyblocks to window and door heads. Yellow brick stacks over gable ends. Stone tablet on front with inscription 'Lovedale House'. Single storey and attic rear wing.
