C18. 2 storeys cemented front with tile roof. 2 sash windows with
flush frames, exposed boxing and original flazing bars. Modern ground
floor bow window, 2 cottages at rear form part of No. 7. C17 2 storeys,
half timbered construction with painted brick infilling and pargetted
panels at north end. 3 windows, modern roof. Yorkshire windows at
1st floor level. Original north doorway with solid oak frame, ledged
and braced door and fanlight.

No. 3 and Nos. 5 to 8 (consec.) form a group with No 1 Wellington Street.
Also No. 7 The Quay and Free Church, Market Hill form a group with No. 1.
the Free Church Hall and Nos. 4 to 6 (consec.) Free Church Passage.
