C18 or later. 2 storeys. 1 window. Gault brick. Tiled hipped roof with decorated
lead ridge and central chimney. Brick corbelling at eaves. Segmental arched sash
windows with architraves, exposed boxing and original glazing bars. 1st floor approached
by outside staircase.
