Circa 1720. 3 storeys, red brick with rubbed brick dressings, moulded
bands between storeys, moulded brick cornice with parapet above. 4 windows,
segmental heads, glazing bars and shutters. Doorway with moulded wooden
hood carried on carved scroll brackets; 8-panelled door, 2 panels with
modern leaded glazing. Cast Iron railings with urn finials.

Nos. 1 to 17 (odd), Nos. 21 and 23 form a group with Nos. 2 to 6 (even),
Nos. 12, 14, 16 and Nos. 20 to 32 (even) Broadway.
