Painted brick with rusticated stucco dressings. Stucco dentil cornice.
Square-headed, architraved sash windows, 1st floor with pediments.
Modern ground floor shop. Included for group value.

The Corn Exchange, Nos. 5 to 10 (consec.) and No. 12 form a group.
