Public house. Late C18/early C19. Ashlar, slate hipped roof, 2 storeys,
3 windows, all flanked by C20 louvred shutters, ground floor has a sash and a
16-pane sash flanking half-glazed storm doors below a very large and heavy hood
on ornately moulded brackets, above a blocking course the first floor has sashes
to left, a 16-pane sash to right, cornice, plain parapet which returns on
roadside (east) elevation which has 2 storeys, 2 windows, sashes first floor
right blank, rear has single storey lean-to extension below 3 sashes of which
central stair light is lower.
