One 3 storey building, probably early C19 in date. Roughcast front with some
incised masonry detail. Stone dressings. Deep cornice over 1st floor with
triangular pediments to side elevations. Corner pilasters. Parallel hipped pantile
roofs. 2 windows to 2nd floor, 4 windows below. Sashes in painted reveals, glazing
bars. Round-headed niches (containing nautical motifs) to outer ends of front
over entrances. Doorways have shouldered architrave surrounds. 6-panel doors.

Nos 1 to 3 consec). St Antony's School, Nos 36 and 38 Hill Road, and Christiana,
Copse Road form a group.

No 2 (The Look Out) and No 3 (Whitsom Lodge) shall be amended to read No 2
(Whitsom Lodge) and No 3 (The Look Out).
