Late C17 or early C18. 2 storeys, multi-coloured stock brick, tile roof,
cemented plinth, painted band between storeys, wall raised about 1 foot.
5 windows on 1st floor, two of which, both now blocked, are original with
cared architraves, solid frames, mullions and transome; remainder with
hung sashes, exposed boxing and original glazing bars. Gauged segmental
brick arches to ground floor windows. Segmental-arched recessed doorway
with fanlight and panelled door. Stone finials on south gable wall.

The Dolphin Hotel, Ouse Villa and the building adjoining Ouse Villa form a group.
