Two cottages, formerly one dwelling with later small additional cottage. Mid C17 with C19 alterations and additions. Coursed limestone rubble with freestone dressings, brick copings to parapet gables. Thatched and Collyweston stone slated roofs. Ridge stack of brick and end stack to right hand. Two storeys with C19 rear outshut and two storey gable addition to east. Two entrances with C19 panelled doors, and two two-light casement windows with chamfered wooden lintels; boarded door to right hand and one ground floor casement window with segmental arch and small first floor casement window.

Interior: stop-chamfered cross beam and sealed open hearth to east room.
