Two houses in row, probably C18. Rendered and colourwashed on brick laced flint with thatched roof. Single storey and attic. No. 300 is of two bays with C20 part-glazed door at left end opposite stack. C20 paned windows and two flush dormers. Lean-to to rear. No. 302 is of three bays, door in right bay and second door to gable end. Two and three-light casement windows. Two flush dormers to rear.
