Mid C18, as suggested by the following internal evidence. Staircase: acanthus moulded ends to treads, slender vase-shaped balusters, clustered Gothic newels. One chimney piece downstairs: bolection-moulded Hopton Wood marble.

Externally early C19. Stucco. Pitched slate roof. Three storeys. Modillioned wooden eaves cornice. Eleven bays: sashes with moulded stucco architraves. Two end bays are only two-storeys: next three form a canted bay. Porch on Tuscan columns and pilasters, pedimented. Door with fanlight and glazing bars. Carriage entrance.
