House in row, with shop. Late C18 or early C19. Rendered,
slate roof. 4 storeys; two 9-pane sashes above an 8:12:8-pane
sash oriel with dentil cornice at second floor, and a 3-light
C19 casement at first floor. The deep C20 fascia and
plate-glass shop front continue across from the adjoining
No.23 (qv). The very plain front has a plain parapet, and
there is a stack to the right gable.
