Shop with flat over. Early C19. Deeply-coursed dressed
sandstone; Welsh slate roof.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys with single-window frontage to Buxton Road
and 2-window range left return facing footpath to Bagshaw Hill
(off which the flat is entered). Large quoins on left.
Plate-glass shop window with door to left, consoles and blind.
First-floor sill band to 8/8 sash in ashlar surround. Matching
second-floor window with projecting stone sill.
Hipped roof with small ashlar stack to left corner.
Left return: C20 door to flat and 6/6 sash on left.
Shop has large side window with painted ashlar surround and
renewed lintel. Upper floor windows as front.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
