Wide front house in row. Late C18 or early C19. Rendered,
slate roof. 3 storeys, 4 windows; 12-pane sashes to plain
reveals and stone sills at second floor above small 2-light
casements in reveals at first floor on a moulded cornice to
very deep fascia and 2 shop fronts. A plain mid plat band, a
small modillion cornice and plain blocking course. There are
lateral brick stacks. INTERIOR not inspected.
A substantially complete facade, which relates to other
properties of this date in St Mary Street.
