Late C18 manor house with principal front to south. Plain but well proportioned
symmetrical design. Three-storey pedimented 3 bay centre with slightly recessed
2-storey wings. Dressed sandstone "bricks" with ashlar dressings. Plinth,
plat band and sill bands to centre. Welsh slate roofs, eaves band. Corniced
chimneys. C19 plate glass sash windows in plain reveals, thin ashlar lintels.
Gable end of west wing has central doorway with deep cornice hood on shaped
brackets. Glazing bar sashed plain Venetian window above, in squared surround.
