Circa 1820-30 house enlarged mid C19 with additional tenements and subdivision. Two storeys, sandstone "brick", stone slate roof to original part, taller hipped slate roofs to additions. Bracketed eaves and corniced chimneys. The early C19 house has a three window symmetrical south front, plain ashlar window surrounds and similar plain doorway with rounded corner blocks and reeded moulding to cornice over. Left hand extension gabled with two storey canted stone bay. Two gables, mid C19 alteration, to north entrance front. The hipped roof extension has two-light square mullioned windows and block pediment doorway. Included for group value.
