House with cottage attached to left and barn to right. House and
barn mid-late C17, cottage late C18 with late C20 extension. Hammer-
dressed stone, dressed quoins to house and barn, stone slate roofs.
2 storeys. House: 3-cell, lobby-entry plan with single-storey gabled
contemporary porch. All are double-chamfered mullioned windows.
3-light with same above; 4-light with same above, porch with 2-light
window with single chamfered light to apex of coped gable with kneelers.
Set in left return of porch is doorway with double tie-stone jambs and
chamfered surround which rises to form a false ogee lintel. Set above
porch is circular window. 3rd cell has 2-light window with 3-light
above. coped gable with kneelers to right. 2 ridge stacks. Single-
cell cottage to left has flat-faced mullioned windows with recessed
mullions which have an inner chamfer: 3-light to ground floor and 2
of 2 lights to 1st floor. Added gable porch in keeping. Gable stacks.
Extension to left in keeping. 4-bay single-aisled barn has cart entry
set back within a portal in the aisle. Set within the re-entrant angles
is a mistal doorway to each side with chamfered surround. Coped gable
with kneelers to right. Right return has a chamfered pitching door.
Left return has arched window with sunken spandrels.

Interior of barn: Aisle post has curved braces to arcade-plate. King-
post roof with single-angle struts.
