Circa 1865-69 apparently by Eli Milnes. Five-storey block of offices with wool warehouse to rear. The top floor a rebuild or later addition. Dressed sandstone "brick" with ashlar dressings. The ground floor has two outer doorways and three segmental arched windows between grooved flanking pilasters with entablature over. Right hand doorway unaltered with semi-circular fanlight and console keystone to arch. Five windows to upper floors on moulded sill courses. Each architrave surrounds to first floor windows, the central one with pediment on carved fluted console brackets. Bed mould and moulded cornice over third floor.
