House now 2 dwellings, No 2 interconnected to Field House. Probably early Cl7
with C19 alterations. Coursed squared stone, stone slate roof. 3 storeys, 5 bays.
Hollow- moulded double-chamfered mullion windows. Ground floor, from left: C19
door and 2-light window; wide segment-arched Cl9 doorway (to Old Hall) with imposts and keystone; 2 altered double-chamfered windows; heavily-moulded Tudor-arched doorway (to No 2) with imposts; 2 Cl9 windows in altered double-chamfered surrounds; narrow double-chamfered window. Continuous dripmould stepped over doorway to Old Hall and over head above doorway to No 2. 1st floor, from left: windows of 5, 4, 3, 4 and 4 lights, all with decorative-stopped dripmoulds. 2nd floor, from left: windows of 5, 4, 2, 4 and 4 lights; eaves finial between windows 2 and 3
Hipped roof. Corniced stack on left; wide stack on right. Interior of No 2: C18
turned balusters survive to lowest flight of dog-leg stair; doorway to Field House.
