House, part of group. Dated 1691. Finely dressed millstone grit. Quoins. Stone
slate roof with altered stacks. Two storeys. Door with arched lintel and chamfered
surround and with recent applied plaque with inscription: AD
1691
To right is one 4-light double chamfered window with outer mullions removed, and later
single light. To left is one 2-light double chamfered window and later doorway. At
first floor level is one C.19 3-light window extending above eaves level. Over
doorway is small double chamfered single light. To right is 3-light double chamfered
window. Rear elevation has various 2-light double chamfered windows to both floors.
Right gable has various double chamfered windows including one 4-light to first floor,
along with C.19 four-light window. In apex is one 2-light window and 4 ventilation
holes with false arches.
