Three dwellings in block with No 70 to north and Nos 66 and 68 to south. No 70 is
probably late C18-early C19. Nos 66 and 68 early to mid C19. No 70 was probably
reroofed mid C19. Hammer dressed stone. Quoins to 66 and 68. Stone slate roof. Two
storeys to 70. Three storeys to 66 and 68. No 70 (north elevation), formerly 2
terraced dwellings each of one bay of 5-light stone mullioned windows and ground floor
entrance, one with timber canopy. Nos 66 and 68 (south elevation). Ground floor:
modern extension to right. Enlarged window to left. First floor: one 6-light stone
mullioned window with 2 lights blocked and one 3-light stone mullioned window. Second
floor: one 6-light, one 2-light and one 3-light stone mullioned window. Upper floor
windows have raised sills.
