C18. (But a house on this site is shown on Senior's Map of Almondbury Parish, 1634). Hammer-dressed stone. Pitched stone slate roof, hipped at west end. Two storeys. First floor has five two-light stone-mullioned windows, with the intervening lights blocked. Ground floor has two three-light stone-mullioned windows. One-storey extension to east, with one two-light stone mullioned windows.
