House, now 2 dwellings. Late C18 early C19. Ashlar facade, hammer-dressed
stone to rear, C20 tile roof. 2 storeys. 5-bay symmetrical facade originally
altered when a cottage was taken out of the 1st two bays, early-mid C19. Plinth
and corner pilasters. Central doorway has architrave with frieze and cornice.
Above is window with architrave and moulded sill. Other bays have windows with
projecting plain-stone surrounds. 1st bay has larger windows; 2nd bay has
doorway with monolithic jambs. Coped gables with brick stacks. Rear: quoins.
Mostly altered but 1st bay retains original 3-light flat-faced mullioned window
with slightly recessed mullions to each floor.

Interior: No 60 has doorway with eared architrave and retains original shutters
to windows.
