Cottage (attached to Little Chapter, q.v.), probably early C18, of
coursed rubble painted white with Kerridge stone-slate roof and stone
chimney. Of 2 storeys and 2 windows. Central boarded door under
stone lintel with slightly arched soffite; C20 wood label. One window
to each storey, right of doorway, of 3 lights with slightly projecting
square surround, square mullions of painted stone and diamond leaded
glazing. Internally the lower storey has oak beams.
