Square house of circa 1800 altered and extended north in mid C19.
Brown brick in English garden wall bond with hipped grey slate roof.
Two storeys with 3 bays to south and west fronts, with small-pane
sashes under label-mould lintels of sandstone. North extension of 2½
storeys with 5 Gothick cast iron casements in openings with gauged
brick flat arches.
Interior. Open-well staircase with swept mahogany rail on square
balusters. Six-panel doors with bolection moulds. Simple, probably
original, iron grates in upper rooms.
Walled yard, attached, to north with former wash-house and baking
oven.
