Brewhouse and wash-house, now outbuildings and a garage. Late C17 or C18.
Rubble; double Roman tiled roof; rubble stack. Single storey and attic in
steep gable. Two 2- and 3-light casement windows with ovolo moulded mullions;
plank door in moulded surround. Single storey extension to left; C20 garage
door on north gable end. Interior: oven, copper, fireplace and pump.
