7/2 Blakebeck and
adjoining barns

II

Farmhouse and adjoining barns. Dated and inscribed on stone built into front
wall J.M.S. 1708, with C19 alterations. Painted rendered walls under graduated
greenslate roof with C20 brick chimney stacks. 2 storeys, 4 bays with flanking
barns. C20 door in painted stone surround. Sash windows, that to left of
entrance double, all in painted stone surrounds. Barn to left has painted stone-
surround entrance and loft above. Small opening to right of entrance. Barn to
right has front blank wall with open gable end. Further barns to left are not
of interest.
