Statue, 1852, by Raymond Smith for 2nd Marquis of Westminster. Pale
grey stone on a red sandstone plinth. Stag at bay, antlers held by
huntsman in Classical dress and with 3 hounds, attacking. Forms one
of a pair of large statuary groups incorporated in Detmar Blow's
design for the east garden (see also next item).
