C17 2-storey 2-window cement rendered farmhouse with red tile roof. The age of
building indicated by large gable end chimney stack and string courses at first
floor and first floor window head levels. Projecting porch with ledged and
battened door hung on original decorative band hinges. Later flush casements.
INTERIOR: Oak ridge tree and purlins, also bevelled beams and exposed oak floor
joists. The floor of one room has oak boards. Jacobean staircase with flat
balusters and ledged and battened internal doors hung on band hinges.
