SX 16 NW BRADOC

1/17 Clinnick Farmhouse and
- adjoining barn to rear

Farmhouse, probably mid C18 with circa mid C19 barn to rear. Whitewashed rubble
stone. Scantle slate roof with gabled end to east and projecting wing to rear. Large
stone stack on east gable end.
L-shaped plan with cross passage in main range and extension to rear on north
under catslide roof.
2-storeys, almost symmetrical 3-window front. Ground floor windows with dressed
stone voussoirs (painted) C20 2-light timber casement on left and 6-pane 2-light
timber centre-hung casements on right. Central partly glazed door. Three 2-light
centre hung timber casements with glazing bars on first floor.
2-storey rubble stone barn continues rear projecting wing. Scantle slate roof
with gabled end. East side with dressed stone voussoirs to ground floor openings.
Interior not inspected.
