House. Circa early C19. Stone rubble, painted on front elevation with slate roof
with gable ends. Brick chimney stacks on gable ends with projecting stack on left-
hand gable end. Single depth plan of 2 rooms with cross passage. Further entrance
to first floor higher right-hand gable end as ground rises to right.
Built on solid rock into side of hill with ground also rising to rear. 3 storeys,
regular 2-window front. Ground floor with C19 2-light casement with glazing bars to
left. 4-panel door in open porch with slate hood. 9-pane casement in blocked
entrance and C19 casement window with differing glazing bars to first floor with two
original 12-pane sashes without horns beneath brick segmental arches. Further two
C19 12-pane sashes above.
Interior with C19 joinery. Unspoilt and unaltered exterior.
