House. Circa early C18. Painted and rendered stone rubble with slate roof with
gable ends. Large stone rubble chimney stacks on gable ends with chimney stack on
right-hand gable end projecting. 2 room and cross passage plan with larger kitchen
hall on right. Built into side of hill.
2 storeys almost symmetrical 3-window front. Ground floor with 2 C20 3-light
casements without glazing bars. Door to left of centre. Three 2-light casements
above. Slate string above window in left-hand gable end. Later extensions on gable
ends.
Interior not inspected.
Important position high above south side of Polperro harbour.
