Row of 3 cottages. Probably C18. Rendered rubble and cob walls. Wheat reed
thatched roof with brick chimneys over external rubble stacks at the gable ends
(party wall on the right).
Plan: Pair of 1-room cottages on the left with entrance lobbies between and similar
cottage on the right with entrance on its left. Possible later extensions at rear
(not inspected).
Exterior: 2 storeys. Overall 5-window front. Probably originally 3-window front
with each cottage having a similar 1-window front with doorway on one side. Doorways
of Heatherbell and Trewinnard are together. Heatherbell (left) has C19 6-panel door
otherwise C20 doors. Circa late C19 or C20 6-pane horned sashes to Heatherbell and
Trewinnard; C20 windows to Wheal Dream.
Interiors not inspected.
