Description

WEYMOUTH

SY6779SE LOWER BOND STREET
873-1/20/212 (North side)
14/06/74 No.13

GV II

House, formerly at end of row, now in isolation. Early C19.
Rendered and scribed, slate roof.
3 storeys and attic, 1 window; all window openings blocked at
time of survey. A hipped dormer above a 4-pane sash and a
2-storey bow. To the left is a blocked door in an arch with a
plain fanlight. The right gable is plain, with a rendered
stack. The left gable is raised and coped, but this appears to
be residue from the demolished adjacent house. The house is
one in a row of derelict properties on the north side of the
street, and all to the left have been demolished.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
