Pair of attached houses. Early C19. Rendered brick with
parapeted slate roof. Double-depth plan.
3 storeys. 2-window front to King Street has late C20 windows
and doors to ground floor, doorway to right (No.15) in
semicircular-arched opening. Bowed first-floor oriels
originally with 8/12/8 sash windows, most glazing bars removed
to No.14; dentilled cornicing to each oriel. Upper floor and
left return to Upway Street have flat arches over horned late
C19 sashes. Moulded cornice continued to Upway Street
elevation which also has late C20 door in original
semicircular-arched opening.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Included for group value with Nos 12 and 13 (qv).
