House at end of row. Mid C19 (RCHME). Flemish bond brickwork,
slate roof. 2 storeys and attic, 1 window; a tall late C10
gabled dormer, rising above the original ridge to the hipped
roof, above a canted oriel with pilaster mullions, and at
ground floor a single light with doorway to the left. A small
stone plinth, and a coped parapet rises well above the oriel,
with a 2-course brick string. To the right is a stack, and the
rendered rear wall has a small 2-light casement to the attic
level. INTERIOR: not inspected.
All openings boarded up at time of survey, and building
derelict in a row of similarly boarded-up properties.
