Farmhouse. C18. Granite rubble with granite dressings, dressed granite gables.
Corrugated asbestos roof. Dressed granite chimneys over granite coped gable ends.
Plan: Double depth plan with 2 rooms at the front, slightly wider kitchen living
room on the left, parlour on the right, former cross passage between 2 stair between
2 former shallow service rooms.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Nearly symmetrical 2 window south-east front with doorway
central to fenestration and first floor windows grouped closer. C17 reused chamfered
lintel over doorway. Old stone buttresses on either side of doorway. Old ledged
door. C20 windows. Original window and doorway openings.
Interior: C19 first floor structure with moulded beams; large granite fireplace in
the left hand room. First floor and roof not inspected.
