Public house and adjoining cottage, now 2 houses. Early C19 with mid C19
alterations. Painted incised stucco with raised painted quoins to right.
Graduated greenslate roof with cement rendered chimney stacks. 2 storeys, 2
bays with adjoining house of single bay under common roof. Kings Arms House has
4-panel door in pilastered surround under cornice. Sash windows in painted
stone surrounds. Adjoining cottage has C20 door and sash windows all in painted
stone surrounds. Side wall has 4-panel door in painted architrave and sash
windows in painted stone surrounds. Decorative bargeboard to gable. Encloses
village green at west end and is included for townscape value.
