Farmhouse, now private house. Mid C17 with C20 alterations. Painted roughcast
walls, under graduated greenslate roof with roughcast chimney stacks. 2
storeys, 4 bays. C17 studded plank door with C17 gabled stone porch with side
seats. Further C20 door to left in plain opening. Mixed fenestration of
Yorkshire sashes, sashes and casement windows, some with glazing bars. Rear has
semicircular stair projection. Interior has ground-floor beamed ceilings, one a
firebeam. Adjoining former byre to left, now converted to cottage, is not of
interest.
