Circa 1835. 2 storeys stuccoed. 3 window. Stringcourse, cornice and parapet.
Iron balcony and 2 canted bays with French windows on the ground floor. Casement
windows above, with architraves over supported on consoles. Glazing bars intact.
South window bay recess. Doorcase on north side of the house having a semi-circular
fanlight.

Montague House forms a group with Hamilton House, Beaufort House and Oxenden House.
