5/57 Barn at Manor Farm

II

Barn. Late C16th or early C17th with later additions. Timber framed
with brick nogging on stone plinth. West wall and south wall is
of stone, tile roof. 2 bays. Entrance is roughly central, into
right hand bay. Two upper floor rectangular openings. Gable wall
in stone has evenly spaced air vents. Gable itself is in brick.
East wall has brick nogging of thin brick. Central roof truss has
trenched purlins, above bay with braces, on timber cill.
