Detached house, now in 2 separate ownerships. Early C19 with late C19 rear
extension. Render with some stone and brick dressings, slate roofs and ashlar
stacks. L-shaped plan. East front of 2 storeys and attic, 5 windows. Ground
floor windows and central upper window are plate glass sashes, remainder are 12-
pane sashes with external shutters. Central doorway with attached columns and
entablature with Soaneian finials and segmental fanlight with glazing bars.
2-leaf C20 part-glazed door. Deeply projecting bracketted eaves cornice which
develops into central pediment with Diocetian window. Gable apex stack and
several rear stacks. Late C19 rear wing with similar fenestration.
Interior. Barrel-vaulted entrance hall and idiosyncratic staircase constructed
with sections from a cast iron bed.
