Cottages, C18 and C19. Timber framed, plastered, mainly roofed with handmade
red clay plain tiles, rear part of Rose Cottage with C19 red clay Roman tiles.
Baytree Cottage and Hill Cottage comprise one range, possibly of 3 cottages
originally, single storey with attics, with axial chimney stack and stack at
NE end, C18. 2 plain doors, 3 C20 casement windows, 3 more in gabled dormers.
Rose Cottage originally comprised 2 2-storey cottages added at the SW end in
the early C19, with separate pitched roofs and valley between. Plain door,
one C20 casement window at each floor.
