TL 62 NE BARDFIELD SALING CROW'S GREEN
(West Side)

1/8 Pump Cottage

GV II


Cottage. C17 or earlier. Timber framed and plastered. Thatched roof half
hipped to right, with one gabled dormer. Right red brick chimney stack. One
storey and attics. Five window range of diamond leaded casements or horizontal
sliding sashes with pentice boards over. Off centre tusk tenon. Vertically
boarded door to left return. Reputed to have been used as a Quaker Meeting
House at one time.
